We are often afraid to face things in life. Those things are almost always considered to be threatening or dangerous, and most of us are taught to ‘be careful of them because they are not very good’ since childhood. But I sometimes think that facing those things may lead us to the optimal state of life. In fact those ‘bad’ phases may be a detoxing stage. Things often settle after going through a chaotic period. Maybe we should relax more when we face those scary things, instead of panicking.
